1. The promo is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.

2. Promo runs until December 17, 2026. Stay period is until December 18, 2026.

4. Cardholders must book their stay at https://www.thereef.ph/ and input the corresponding promo code to avail the offer and payment must be charged entirely to a qualified EastWest Credit Card at the time of booking

5. Cardholders must present the physical or virtual EastWest Credit Card used for booking, along with a valid government-issued ID, upon check-in. The name on the card must match the primary guest's name on the reservation.

6. If a valid qualified EastWest Credit Card is not presented, or if payment was made using an ineligible payment method, the promotional rate will be forfeited, and the guest will be charged the prevailing Best Available Rate for the full duration of the stay.

7. Only one (1) EastWest credit card may be used to avail of the promo offer. Splitting of credit card transactions to be able to avail of more than one (1) offer is not allowed.

8. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, menu bundles, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.

9. All other fees pertaining to the transaction, such as service charges, delivery fees, and other applicable taxes will be shouldered by the Cardholder.

In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

11. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

12. Issues related to the The Reef Island Resort Mactan transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by The Reef Island Resort Mactan.

13. EastWest makes no representation for The Reef Island Resort Mactan and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.

14. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

16. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.

17. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and The Reef Island Resort Mactan shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
