Step 1 — Visit the nearest EastWest (EW) Store
A Relationship Officer will guide you through the process.

Step 2 — Open a Corporate Account
Prepare standard corporate requirements, such as:

SEC Certificate of Registration
Articles of Incorporation / Partnership
By‑Laws
Board/Partnership Resolution authorizing account opening & signatories
Valid IDs of signatories and representatives
Business Permit
TIN & BIR Registration

Step 3 — Submit the required enrollment documents
To activate your EastWest Payroll, you must submit:

EasyBiz Customer Set‑up Form (CSF)
Payroll Service Enrollment Form
CDC — Certificate of Documents Custody
Board Resolution / SEC Certificate for Corporations (as applicable)

EastWest offers three bundle options supported by separate partners:

Ensure you have an existing EastWest Payroll (or enroll first).
Submit all required documents, including:
• EasyBiz Customer Set‑up Form (CSF)
• Payroll Service Enrollment Form
• Payroll Bundle Enrollment Form with T&Cs
• CDC — Certificate of Documents Custody
• Board Resolution / SEC Certificate for Corporations (as applicable)
Choose your bundle: HRIS (Filipay), Insurance (EastWest Ageas Insurance), or Combined.
Upon approval, EastWest and partners will coordinate setup and onboarding.
