Amendments to Unit Investment Trust Fund Declaration of Trust

 

Dear Valued Investors,

To ensure that our unit investment trust funds (UITFs) remain competitive with similar institutions, we had revised our Declarations of Trust / Plan Rules, as approved by the Board of Directors and/or the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Please see the updated Plan Rules effective May 6, 2026.

The changes are for the Minimum Initial Balance and Additional Investments on Digital platforms. For PHP-denominated, these have been lowered to PHP 5,000 and PHP 1,000, respectively. Meanwhile, for USD-denominated, it has been lowered to USD 100 for both Minimum Initial Balance and Additional Investments.
