5. The hotel's standard cancellation and no-show policies apply. Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 24 hours before the guest’s arrival date. A charge equivalent to one (1) night’s stay will apply in the event of a no-show or if the cancellation or modification is made within 24 hours of arrival.

6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

7. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, other services, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

10. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Holiday Inn & Suites Makati shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.
